Data Toolbar

The main window may contain the data toolbar:

From left to right, the toolbar buttons perform the following tasks:

• View coordinate points in the currently active layer. The cursor will change to a crosshair and, on clicking the mouse, the data values corresponding to the position of the mouse on the graph will be displayed next to the button.
• View and select data points on the plots in the currently active layer. The cursor will change to a circle with cross hairs.
  • Line plots: When the cursor is clicked when it is over a data point, the values for the point will be displayed next to the button.
  • Contour plots: When the cursor is clicked when it is over a cell, the values for the data at the center of the cell will be displayed next to the button.
• Gridlines corresponding to major tick marks can be toggled on and off using the third tool option
