Atomic Data Library

The Atomic Data Library contains the ATBASE and Atomic Model Files that are distributed with the PROPACEOS code. During installation of PROPACEOS, files are placed in a directory structure similar to that shown below.

In a folder parallel to the PROPACEOS folder, a DataTables folder is supplied to hold files for atomic data. It can also be used to hold SESAME and PROPACEOS equation of state and opacity data used in HELIOS simulations.

Note that the "PROPACEOS" folder located within the "DataTables" folder is used to hold PROPACEOS EOS/opacity data files, while the "PROPACEOS" folder directly under the "Prism" directory holds the PROPACEOS application.
