Workspace Files

Workspace files contain parameters for a single project. The user saves project data to the workspace file by selecting File | Save or File | Save As. A previously-stored workspace file is opened by selecting File | Open.

Workspace files have a ".prw" extension.

The workspace file can also be used as an input argument when starting PROPACEOS. Windows platforms can be set up to start up the PROPACEOS application when double-clicking on a file with a ".prw" extension.

Contents of the file include parameters for each of the following:

• Atomic elements contained in the plasma
• Grid parameters

Each project can have one, and only one, workspace file.

No simulation output is stored in the workspace file.
