Starting SpectraPLOT

SpectraPLOT can be launched in one of the following ways:

• Immediately after a SPECT3D simulation is completed, the user is prompted to launch either SpectraPLOT or Visualizer.
• Clicking on the copy of the SPECT3D workspace file (*.swc) that is written to the folder containing the results for the SPECT3D run.
  • On Windows, if the default application for the *.swc file extension is not SpectraPLOT, right-click on the *.swc file, select "Open with", and browse for the SpectraPLOT executable.
• Clicking on a shortcut to the SpectraPLOT application.

When either of the first two of these options is done, SpectraPLOT starts with a single SPECT3D run added to the SPECT3D Run Results List, and user is prompted to display a plot window (e.g., Spectrum, Image, ...).

If SpectraPLOT is launched using the last option, the SPECT3D Run Results List is displayed, and one or more SPECT3D Runs can be added to the list.
