Setting up the X-Ray Source Parameters

Click on the Plasma tab. Enter parameters as described below:

• Check the Use ion feature parameter, enter 1.
• Check the Override mean charge (Z-free), enter 0.1.
• Check the Use ion temperature:
  • Multiplier value: T(ion) = leave the default value 1 * T(electron).
