Custom Diagnostic Ports

Each target chamber contains a list of preconfigured Diagnostic Ports. Users can add, delete, and edit Custom Diagnostic Ports. Preconfigured diagnostic ports for target chambers, however, cannot be altered.

To add or edit Custom Diagnotic Ports, select the Edit | Diagnostic Ports List menu item.

The list of ports shows the port ID, distance to the port from target chamber center, the polar and azimuthal angles to the port (in the target chamber coordinate system), the port diameter (used only for rendering in the Chamber Ports Viewer), and the Assignment (e.g., a particular diagnostic component).
