Chamber Component Size/Gridding Parameters

The Size/Gridding tab shows some of the gridding properties related to the Chamber Component. The parameters shown on this tab are not editable.

The Grid Parameters box shows the number of surface elements (polygons) and nodes in the grid.

The extremes of the node positions in the grid are shown in the target chamber coordinate system.
