Filter Response Files

Filter response files contain the frequency-dependent response function data used in computing filtered images and XRD signals.

Filter response files are two-column ascii files containing:

• Column 1: Photon energy (eV)
• Column 2: Response function (dimensionless)

The response function values are exp(-t_F(n)), where t_F(n) is the filter optical depth.

The input photon energies should be positive and sorted in ascending order.
