Setting up the Spectral Grid

Click on the Spectral Grid button or on the Next button on the Backlighter page.:

• Spectral Grid Photon Energies:
  • Range to Observe: enter 3000 for the minimum energy and 4500 for the maximum.
  • Number Points in Continuum: enter 50.
• Additional Photon Energy Points:
• Number per line transition: enter 15.
• Add lines with line strength above: leave the default value of 0.001.
