Setting up the Geometry

Click on the Geometry button or on the Next button on the Simulation Type page.

The number of dimensions in the plasma grid is read from the hydrocode file, but the actual geometry must be specified.

• In 2-D Geometry, select Cylindrical (r,z)
• Symmetry Parameters -> Symmetry type: Leave the default value to None .
• LOS-Grid Intersection Model: Leave the Divide spatial grid into sectors checkbox unchecked.
• LOS-Grid Intersection Model: Leave the Select 'Load entire spatial grid' from the dropdown menu.
