Editing Chamber Component Parameters

To modify the parameters of a chamber component, do one of the following:

• Double-click on the component in the Chamber Components List.
• Select the object in the Chamber Components List, right-click with the mouse and select Edit in the popup menu.

Upon selection, the Chamber Component Parameters Dialog for that component will be displayed.
