Viewing Target Alignment

After (or while) setting up the target grid, it is often useful to perform checks on alignment with various diagnostic and/or laser ports. This is easily done by setting the viewing position.

The scene and viewer position can also be adjusted using the Viewing/Motion Controls.

The image below shows the view from Port H6. Here, the view is from behind the backlighter (shown by the rectangular grid).

 

The image below shows the view from Port H2. This view can be used to check that the stalk is positioned correctly. Here, the stalk is viewed end-on, and appears as a small dark point near the middle of the halfraum.
